Shirts For Vets

100 Shirt Giveaway – Official Rules, Eligibility & Exclusions Policy

1. Sponsor

The 100 Shirt Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is sponsored by Shirts For Vets LLC (“Sponsor”).

2. Eligibility Requirements

To qualify, the nominated organization must:

  1. Be a legally operating organization within the United States.

  2. Serve a charitable, community, nonprofit, or mission-driven purpose.

  3. Have an established public presence (website and/or active social media page).

  4. Be in good standing within its community.

  5. Agree to allow Shirts For Vets to publicly announce them as the winner.

  6. Agree to provide a print-ready logo or work collaboratively on a one-color design.

  7. Agree to the production specifications:

    • 100 shirts

    • Sizes S–XL included (additional sizes may be available at cost)

    • 1-color full front print

    • Standard production blanks selected by Sponsor

3. Moral Conduct Clause (Morality Clause)

Shirts For Vets reserves the absolute right to disqualify any nominated organization or selected winner if, at any time before or after selection, the organization:

  • Engages in illegal activity.

  • Promotes violence, hate, discrimination, or harassment.

  • Supports extremist or terrorist ideology.

  • Is involved in fraud, financial misconduct, or misrepresentation.

  • Engages in conduct that would reasonably bring reputational harm to Shirts For Vets.

  • Publicly promotes immoral, unethical, or criminal behavior inconsistent with Sponsor’s mission and values.

Determination of violation of this clause is at the sole discretion of Shirts For Vets.

If disqualified, another organization may be selected.

4. Excluded Organizations

The following types of organizations are not eligible:

  1. Political campaigns, PACs, or partisan political organizations.

  2. Organizations primarily formed to support a single political candidate.

  3. Hate groups or organizations promoting discrimination.

  4. For-profit businesses (unless operating under a verified nonprofit arm).

  5. Organizations under active criminal investigation.

  6. Organizations whose mission conflicts with veteran support, community uplift, or charitable principles.

  7. Individuals fundraising for personal benefit (this is for organizations only).

Shirts For Vets reserves the right to request verification documentation.

5. Giveaway Structure & Conditions

  • Winner selection method will be clearly stated in the event post.

  • If tied to engagement goals (likes/shares), those metrics must be met prior to fulfillment.

  • The 2% gross sales donation (if applicable to the event) will be awarded to the same organization that wins the 100 shirt giveaway.

  • Shirts must be claimed within 30 days of notification.

  • Production timeline begins after final design approval.

6. Design & Production Limitations

  • 1-color front print only.

  • No trademarked or copyrighted artwork without documented authorization.

  • Sponsor reserves the right to decline designs that violate intellectual property law.

  • Sponsor reserves the right to adjust placement for print quality.

7. Publicity Agreement

By participating, organizations agree:

  • Sponsor may use organization name, logo, and partnership announcement in marketing materials.

  • Photos of finished shirts may be used for promotional purposes.

8. General Reservation of Rights

Shirts For Vets reserves the right to:

  • Modify, suspend, or cancel the Giveaway if necessary.

  • Interpret rules at its sole discretion.

  • Disqualify fraudulent entries or manipulation of engagement metrics.

All decisions by Shirts For Vets are final.
